The staff at the Jacksonville NC office are amazing. Every time we go for an appointment we are greeted right away and we wait no more then just a couple of minutes ( even when we are really early ). The staff has always explained the process and the next steps in detail not just for the parent, but also for the child which is great.
Over all this is the best experience I’ve ever encountered. Thank you all for your patience with our family.
