Initial consolation when great. Everybody was super nice. Doctor was very honest about what he could and could not do and provided recommendation and advise to help get exactly what was needed in a cost effective way

I’ve had such a great experience with this orthodontic office. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly make you feel comfortable every visit. Everything is explained clearly, and I always feel like my care genuinely matters. I’m so happy with my progress and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

I love going to the orthodontists and see all the smiling staff, they are gentle and kind to me. Of course I don't like the pain of the orthodonists, but I love everyting else!
I love Coastal Carolina Orthodontics! If you had a choice to go to any Orthodontist office in Jacksonville, I highly recommend that you choose Smilemakers! Smilemakers is a warm friendly environment where the staff is polite and work efficiently. While waiting to have your braces done, you can watch TV on the flatscreens that are above you, which create a good distrcation. While your parents/siblings wait for you to finish your appointment, they can enjoy free beverages and cookies in the cafe or they can play videogames in the free arcade to pass the time. Coastal Carolina Orthodontics is a wonderful and fun place to have your braces done! :)
Being a mother of two young boys has made my visits enjoyable. The kids love the atmosphere from the cookies, the video games, and the different underwater fixtures on the walls. Plus, the staff has been great, they help plan my appointments to adjust to my busy schedule. Most of all, the staff make sure I'm comfortable and bring a bright smile to my day. Thank you!
